Guy & Michelle chose a balmy Sunday afternoon for their Wedding Day on the 7th December 2014. Luckily a large Johannesburg storm circled and bypassed us before the ceremony, so we were able to get spectacular summer pre wedding images. The big surprise was that Michelle got chauffeured to the Shul in a Porsche – such excitement. The ceremony was so beautiful and emotional, and their couple shots are just so full of warmth and affection. Luckily we managed to get the family shots before the heavens opened in a spectacular electric thunderstorm.
The reception for the wedding was held at the Capri Hotel which has a grand function room complete with a revolving dance floor! (Never seen that before). The colours for the wedding were red and black with the eight bridesmaids in glamourous black gowns and the table arrangements varied with high candelabras and tall vases filled with red and white roses, finished with scattered rose petals.
I managed to get spectacular action shots of the hora’s which were full of energy and fun. The couple were seated on chairs and guests danced before them with masks, silly costumes, and props. Let’s take a look….
